All orders require a deposit before production begins.
Full payment is required before or upon installation.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
Payments are accepted via credit card, check, or bank transfer.

4. Custom Orders & Measurements

Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements unless professional measurement services are requested.
Any modifications after final approval may result in additional charges.
Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable.

5. Installation & Warranty

Installation services are available within Florida.
Prime Shower Door provides a warranty on materials and workmanship—warranty terms vary by product.
Warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, improper maintenance, or external factors.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.
After 24 hours, cancellations may incur a restocking or production fee.
Custom orders cannot be refunded once production begins.

7. Limitation of Liability

Prime Shower Door is not liable for:

Damage caused by improper use, self-installation, or third-party modifications.
Delays due to material shortages, supply chain issues, or unforeseen circumstances.
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
